Is that EE4 overflow bottle (the smaller of the 2) for sale? I could cetainly use it. Currently my EE1 bottle has been "mushed" with the aid of a little heat to fit behind the bulb plug.

Jacques
the cleaner one is the EE4 one.
the other one (dirty) is for sale if you need it. thats from an EE1
After 20 minutes soak in bleach mixed with boiling water...
The dishwasher got a lot the loose dirt and scum - make sure its on one side - the bleach did well on one at the bottom where there's scaling, but the other bottle was just too dirty inside, but that was from the GL, so do not need it anyway.
Either option is good, I wouldn't bother with doing both.

Day 38
Only managed to finish painting the front bumper today...
Tomorrow, or maybe later i'll wet sand and polish it. Then I need to retro-fit the CRX lip..
Bought this at the weekend... lol...
This was the one I won on eBay a few months ago, but I couldn't pick it up (then I found the 4WD). The guy ends up e-mailing me and telling me he sold it to his brother, who randomly lives round the corner! Must be fate!
I bought it for the springs to put on the 4WD (replaced with CRX ones today), and I need a mint rear light, but it doesn't have mint lights, so I have just cleaned it up and I will sell it on, I need it gone before my dad gets back from holiday ideally.
Now lowered...
Shuttle suspension is much easier to remove on the back, more room to manuver and no ARB!
Then I went to Asda and picked up 20 bottles of vinegar...
4 springs don't quite fit... so may do it in two lots..
Managed to get a pair of car ramps, and two 3x3m gazeebo's off freecycle - so I could work and cover stuff in the back garden when it rains. Freecycles FTW!!
Got my new RTA bushes today... I have some ebay vouchers so they came in handy!
Tomorrow I'm hoping to get the new front bumper on with the CRX VT lip, but that needs a bit of re-shaping. Also need to order new JDM number-plates!
Sneeky picture of the front bumper with CRX VT lip fitted...
Springs cleaned up after 48hrs in vinegar.. ready to be painted..
Yesterday I got the rear bumper off, after tackling a few rusty bolts underneath, and have started prepping it to paint. But I need to find a lip to fit to it...?? Any suggestions from any other Honda's as I can't find any cheap EE9 rear lips.
For a rear lip (not sure if you found one yet?) I have used a DA integra front lip, as have a couple other members such as NJwagon1 and rti intrac.
Have to trim around the exhaust exit and have to heat the corners up with a heat gun to get them to fit perfect, otherwise matches right up with the bumper

One of these things just doesn't belong,
Can you tell which thing is not like the others
By the time I finish my song?"
Hmmm, maybe you guys are too young to remember this song...
Nice rims though. Gotta try that vinegar trick as soon as I find a tub big enough for my whole car!

Past few days I've been spraying the rear bumper and rust proofing the rear end.
The bumper hasn't come out as I hoped, but I don't really care, it's only a bumper. Just waiting for it to cure then I will do the black part...
Picked up a few parts yesterday... a D16 radiator... and a VT washer bottle. I was looking around for some parts and spotted it on the floor. Thought I would take a look and to my surprise it's the one I need for the 4WD to accept the headlight washer motor. So I'm happy about that.
Rad...
Got the other springs out the tub of vinegar and wire-brushed them..
And did the same with the rear fog brackets... managed to get a coat of Hammerite on too...
Lovely weather the past few days too. My "driver's arm" is coming along nicely!!
The washer bottle for the headlights should fit down inside the left hand bumper. Even my Civic Pro which was an EY2 has mounting points for it so hopefully you won't even need ot make brackets.

yeh i know man, its just a replacement for the one i have.
Yesterday I gave the bumper another light sand and lacquered it. It now looks a lot better. I will buff it up when its back on the car as its tricky when its not fixed to anything. I ordered a new rear bumper bar bracket and 2 bolts, comes to around £50 inc VAT. Should be at Honda on Friday.
And today I sprayed the rear fog holder's..
I need to turn my attention to the VT now, and selling some parts!
Went to pick up some supplies...
- Rear bumper bar and 2 bolts
- Paint (for the VT)
- 5mm red rim tape (for the Mugen rims), they gave me some extra

Day 55
I have started to clean and restore the Mugen CF48's. I am not going to strip them as they are in pretty good nick for original paint etc.
Reflective rim tape taken off, and cleaned with alloy wheel treatment...
Then chips/corrosion sanded down and touched up with Hammerite..
Then new tape on and lug holes 'dremmiled' and painted..
Before and after...
I'm going to try and fit them on my VT, as they look fucking awesome, but apparently spacers are needed and a small shaving off the caliper to fit over 282mm brakes.

to load up... :P

its not a paint stripper, its a rust eater. vinegar is acid
