  • Another update, I finally overhauled my suspension. It took more time than expected, only had time to work on it on my free time.

I bought brand new Honda hardware just in case the original hardware stripped or snapped (Non did, I know crazy right)

I went with TruHart Camber Kit all around, Rear LCA’s, Rear Toe arms

Coilovers I went with BC Racing Br series, upgraded to swift springs and super low option

    all the old suspension

    New suspension

I bought some energy suspension bushings for the front sway bar, front LCA’s and rear trailing arm

repalced front ball joints and front wheel bearings, inner/outer tie rods. For the most part, I used the press at work to press out/in the front lower control, arm, bushings and wheel bearings

Had to adjust the suspension to my liking, the first two pictures are straight from the box no adjustments the last four when i adjusted them

Took it to get a wheel alignment

As of now I’m just daily driving it, trying to enjoy it until winter. It’s been fun to drive

there will be little updates as I go. The major update will be around winter time, going to take the transmission to a local shop so they can install my LSD. While that’s in the shop I’ll replace all the gaskets, hoses, belts, water/oil pump timing belt etc for the long block. Thank you for checking in

  • Small update September 30th 2024, My tensioner pulley decided to grenade itself and shred/melt causing my engine to completely stop on me on my way to work.

I parked it for 6 months in the garage, March 14th 2025 I had time to look into the issue and found it

As you can see in the photos, it’s not good haha

good thing I had a box full of brand new parts water pump, tensioner pulley/bearing, all new belts timing, A/C, power steering and alternator. Forgot to take pictures sorry

Everything aligned and put together, I had a little hard time timing it, I haven’t done this in years make sure to take out some spark plugs to make it easier to turn (less compression)

I’m happy to say it’s back up and running, I just need to flush the coolant system and pour in new coolant, I haven’t done more updates. All Brand new coolant hoses coming up. Thanks for reading

What an update! Makes me want to upload mine! I am also daily driving my Honda through the summer time. Great work. What stiffness bc racing did you get? I went for super soft 6/4 kg springs on mine, so it rides like a cloud.

  • Sorry for late reply @Tadas I went with the default spring rating front 9KG/Rear 4KG, I wanted to see how these felt before digging into different spring ratings. So far it’s ok I haven’t adjusted the dampers just yet either

Wow ummmm I didn’t think it’s been since April of last year (2025) I’ll do better

Just a little update the car‘s been sitting ever since my last update after the timing belt kit install and other karts installed.

I recently replaced the coolant hoses. Tip, lower, the two rear of the block and the two coming out of the firewall, I can’t tell you how much of a pain in the butt to the previous Owner if they even change the hoses because the clamps were adjusted to a difficult location

Took a little bit, but I got it done brand new hoses, new coolant, and thermostat

i forgot to take pictures after installation

another thing I buffed and polished the wagon for a car event which was only wagons and it was a great turn out. So many wagons from Volvo, BMW, Mercedes, Audis, Mitsubishi, Lexus, Cadillac, some other American wagons, forget to take pictures of the event, next time

I still need to install my EDM parts I have stored in the garage. I’ll be going to a local car event held in a parking garage this Sunday (May 3rd) I’ll remember to take pictures.

    Thank you for reading.

I’m back just to update about May 3rd (Sunday) car event, seen a lot of real nice cars that came out but weather wasn’t on our side it was cloudy, rainy and windy, I still had a good time. I took couple photos and edited them a little

I’m really hoping to install some parts that I have in the garage so hopefully next time you see it nothing major just a little different look
