Integra DA suspension on RT4wd?

A buddy of mine has a set of Illuminas with Tein S-TEch springs for 1992 Integra GSR...
Im wondering if anyone has any info on these. If they will fit on with no problems and if its gonna actually drop the car or raise it.
They are a great price, just wanting to get this setup on there and drop it 1-3"
