Noob, wondering about this bumper...

Hey everyone. I'm new to the civic wagon scene and to hondas in general.
I was able to get this front bumper. I was told it was a JDM front bumper. This is not a picture of my car, it was of the car I got the bumper from. It was a 1990 Wagon
One of the turn signal bumper lens is cracked in the center. I want to order a new set of clear (or if possible, just that one side). I already did the DIY corner lens MOD to make it amber. I was hoping to do the same to the bumper lamp.
Also the fog lamps were poorly held in place by zip ties. I was hoping to fabricate or buy a set of mounting brackets.
I need to know specifically what kind of bumper this is so I can search for those parts and if possible, lips to go with it.
I hope someone can help and even respond with links to sites that sell what I need that would be sooooo helpful. Thanks!!!

It is a JDM Facelift EF Hatch bumper (sometimes reffered to as EF9 Bumper)
Due to it not being a direct bolt on the chances of finding any brackets that fit for the fogs is slim/none
