Help, I can't decide color. Narrowed down to 2.

First off, Plasti-Dip is happening. No questions, no comments, it's happening.
Condition:
-Brown, and fairly rust free.
-A few quarter sized spots here and there but it's all pretty minor.
-The clear coat is all baking off from it being a Florida car.
If it wasn't for the clear coat pealing off, I would probably just leave it. But because it's half matte already, time to go full blown.
Flat white. might be tricky over brown. I like white.
or
stay brown and do this color

!!ALL THE BLACK MOLDINGS WILL REMAIN BLACK!!
