Save EVERYTHING your taking off (like the sound deadening, AC comp, and blower ect...) and weigh it so you can see how much exactly you shaved off your wagon.
Ok so i REALLY need some help ASAP! I need a new firewall and engine harness. My questions are, would any EF Harness work on our wagons, and also would an RT4WD wiring harness work on my 2WD? PLZ! ASAP!
NO, a stock MPFI engine harness won't work on a DPFI car. It's far easier to convert a DPFI harness. now, the easiest way to convert is to have a full Si or RT mpfi harness to scavenge parts from.
YES, any 4thgen civic dpfi harness will work (but will have to be converted for mpfi). Try to find a harness from a 5spd car, the auto ones don't have the wiring for the reverse lights.
Above is just concerning engine harnesses. You said firewall harness, are you talking about the whole dash harness?

haha i replied to u on the wagon squad thread, but ya i meant the whole harness firewall/dash and engine. But ya thanks again.
Hey anyone in cali know of any wagons for sale? i have about 2 g's that i want to drop on a CLEAN wag, which i know i can find around here for that price. I need another commuter for school, so Hit me up if you know anyone that would be sellin one thanks.
Are those mirrors spec'd for another Civic model or are they specific to the Wagon? Could you also measure the width and height of the actual mirror glass? I think it's 5.5" wide, but how high is it?

ya they're actually for a EG 92-95 civic. But i did some test fitting with it before i bought it off a friend and it fits REALLY good. I'm just going to add a little bit of rubber mirror trim around the edging to fill in the little bit of gap like how OEM mirrors are. Then just drill new holes on the wagon for the screws from the mirror to fit and its gonna look perfect 8)
Thanks for that. When you get a sec, could you throw a ruler or tape measure against the actual mirror glass and let me know how tall/high and wide the glass is. I'm building my car to a specific set of rules, and one of the rules says that any side view mirror can be used, as long as the glass is at least 15 sq/in.

But ya its a "Raise the Roof" jesus hahaha
Then i used Aircraft Remover on the whole engine bay to strip it of all paint.
Then i started shaving the bay
(before)
(after)
I stripped the firewall of all the brakets (Charcoal cannister, Fuel Filter, ect.)
All i have left is to finish sanding down the driver side bay and then i'm shootin the engine bay
good progress.
i'm in for more.
hahahahahahaha were not gonna be in the cars when they're weighed
what i meant was that you said you're going to weigh "smells..."
not "smells' wagon."
i def. want to see more.
no hard feelings.
besides, you're wagon is looking hott.
