I have the subframe off and the torsion bars out. But i am VERY new to this whole torsion bar suspension stuff. How am i suppose to modify the torsion bar so that my car sits LOW! Please help!

Same exact concept for the Hondas. Then just use whatever coilovers or springs you can find for the rear.
I never went this route with my many 84-87 Civic autocross cars, but that's the way everyone else did it. I went with the AT Engineering lowering kit which involved cutting the lower control arms and adding on some lowering "plates". It worked like a hot damn, but make sure you get an alignment right away. I burned through a brand new set of Pirelli P77 tires in a week because the toe was out by a "bunch".
