Need advice on installing 94 integra seats in 88 wagovan rt4wd

I read a thread saying you could use the wagon outer rail and the integra inner rail , but my wagon rails are about 13 inches from hole to hole and the integra ones are 16 inches. Also the wagon outer rail cant bolt onto the teg because the wagos bolts onto the bottom and the integras bolt onto the side.
What can i do? This is my first time trying the seat swap, i read about swapping pans, does that mean stripping the wagon pan, putting the wagon rails back on there and adding the cushion and backrest from the integra onto the wagon pan?
