Code 43 help

Long story short I think I have had every issue you could think on my B20 swap that has cost $2k in parts to fix. Now after 2 months I am trying to get it inspected and can't get rid of Code 43. I fixed an exhaust leak and replaced the 02 sensor to no avail. Any suggestions before I start throwing parts at it.

    Also the car runs good until it is warmed up. Then the code is thrown and the idle starts bouncing.
